The Kenzen Na Seikatsu Bujinkan Shibu is proud to sponsor Shidoshi Aric Keith for another two-day training event in San Jose, CA. on July 27th and 28th, 2013. This two-day seminar will focus on Kukishinden Ryū Rokushakubō Jutsu focusing on the Keiko Sabaki Gata – “practice handling patterns” as well as Kukishinden Ryū San Shaku-Bo (Hanbo) Kihon – Three-Foot Staff. We may also touch on Kukishinden Ryū Sojutsu (spear).

What to Bring

  • Rokushakubō – six foot staff
  • Hanbo – thee foot staff
  • Boken – wooden practice sword
  • Water and snacks (there will be a lunch break as well)


Saratoga Creek Park (5399 Lassen Ave, San Jose, CA 95129). We will meet in the center of the park (same location as the previous seminars).

About Shidoshi Aric Keith

Aric Keith began his training in the early 1990′s and very quickly became a student of Bill Atkins. For the next ten plus years Aric traveled around the country training with Atkins sensei. He has also traveled to Japan many times with and without his instructor to further his training with Hatsumi sensei and the various shihan of the Bujinkan dojo. Having received his Godan in 1999, Aric continues to refine his technique, seeking inspiration and instruction from Hatsumi sensei and Atkins sensei and many others.
